Welcome to Fresh Espresso and Food Bar, Katoomba’s famous award-winning boutique roaster café. Due to its trade practices and environmental awareness, Fresh is fast gaining a reputation for being the “café with a conscience”. Located in the beautiful heritage-listed national park that is the Blue Mountains.

Fresh café began life in 2002 and five years on, locals (and quite a few city slickers) know Fresh as simply the best café in the Blue Mountains. Mouth watering brekkies, outstanding coffee, muffins, and loads of vegetarian options … all add up to a fantastic dining experience and great value for money. Everything made in house!
