"Breakfast is a main meal on Katoomba’s main drag .And there are cafes from north to south. Fresh’s bright green shingle attracts a pretty serious brekkie crowd. It also punches out house roasted coffee-your choice of single origin, organic, fair trade, rainforest alliance or if it’s all too confusing, the very excellent house blend. Gorgeous free-range eggs are served any way you like them. Try them scrambled on light wholemeal sourdough (from hominy bakery) with pesto sautéed mushrooms- magnificent.
